Don't Believe Your Screen!

In the midst of the political antics that are going on right now, i came across this slideshow that shows how Photoshop has gotten some people into trouble. The slideshow shows original photographs along with the final images that were published and discusses the mistakes that happened in Photoshop. This caught my eye because the publications are huge, so one would think that mistakes like some of the ones spoken of wouldn't happen. Some of the errors are just plain crazy, like adding in someone to a crowd to show diversity... when the person wasn't even there! Or adding a missile into a photograph to make an event seem more "powerful". Some of this stuff contains bold faced lies! I thought it was good to share with the class seeing as alot of us are going to pursue careers in the sort of field that encourages making alterations to images or designs.
